I have over 14 + years of continuous sobriety, so I have an appreciation of what you may be going through. I work alongside you right from the beginning of therapy (Client Centred Practice) it’s all about you.
I assist you in setting realistic step-by-step achievable goals, with results.

I welcome support from others if they wish to attend the counselling sessions, and at times, get them involved in helping you through this process.
I work at Ellerslie and am available at weekends and after-work counselling sessions at certain times. Discounted offers may apply if you commit to so many sessions.
I offer a free 15-minute non-obligation phone conversation to break the ice and hear what I can offer.
I charge $140 per hour, which is payable by direct debit or cash.
